Jira - Connection Details

Treno fetches data from Jira necessary to understand an organization’s performance. Treno uses this information to compute metrics relating to your organization’s development activity. 

Treno does not write any data to Jira.

Connection Options:

• Hosted instances: Atlassian Connect

• On-Premise: API key per project

Ingestion Scopes:

• Initial ingestion retrieves up to one year of historical data

• Subsequent ingestions retrieve new data and changes

Data Treno Reads:

• Basic user information (user data is currently not utilized by Treno),

  • userid, name, email address, timezone, locale

• Basic project information

  • title, dates, status

• Metadata from all sprints,

• Metadata from all issues and epics.

Data Treno Writes

• None
