Your Customer Success and Support Team will help you get started and set up with Treno, strategize and navigate integrations.

Required members for Onboarding:

  • Engineering Leadership

  • Administrator for key development tooling

  • Stakeholders who require reporting

Customer Responsibilities

Our team will guide you through the onboarding process, but to ensure we customize the program based on your requirements and objectives, we ask that your team prepare for discussions around the following topics:

  • Engineering Goals and KPIs

  • SDLC Processes

  • Team Structures

  • Tooling: Repository & PM tool usage

Preparing these topics in advance of the process will also help to expedite the process when
